Ruko Kominato (based on the WIXOSS character of the same name) is a legendary duelist in Duel Masters Play's.
During the Duepre x WIXOSS Collaboration event, she was one of the duelists in the WIXOSS (Duel of Bonds) Legend Battle.

Ruko Kominato is an avatar skin released on 18 Mar (Thur) – 22 Apr (Thur), 2021 during the Duepre x WIXOSS Collaboration event. The skin can be redeemed by trading in 4 Skin Chips that can be obtained by purchasing the Duepre x WIXOSS Collaboration Set which cost 1500x 
. Any unused Skin Chips would be converted into 10x
