Dr Root is a character in Duel Masters Play's.
Details[]
One of the original characters from the Duel Masters series who appears in City Battle.
Mainly uses a multicolored deck. His deck is usually based on what does well in the current set therefore making him quite powerful as a city battle enemy. However, his playstyle is still dictated by an AI and therefore can be exploited.
