Boss Battle is a gameplay mode that is unlocked to the player after beating the 15th Floor of the Story Mode.

The mode was first released on June 11, 2020.
You and up to 2 more other players duel against a Boss from Duel Masters Play's.
You earn Boss Points for any player breaking the boss's shields. However, you must break at least 3 shields to receive rewards.
Rewards include 
Gold, Pack Tickets and promotional cards such as Jil Warka, Time Guardian
or Rikabu's Screwdriver
.
The first boss to appear was Bolshack Maharaja Dragon.

- 20 Shields.
- All shields are Shield Triggers.
- Infinite Deck, no 4-card limit.
- All civilizations are unlocked to the boss.
